Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a $500 administrative fee. Rescheduling is free with 30+ days notice.

Standard keynotes run 45-60 minutes. Extended sessions (90 minutes with Q&A) and half-day workshops are also available.
Yes. Virtual keynotes, webinars, and hybrid events are all available. Virtual sessions include a tech check and dedicated support.
Every keynote is tailored to the audience. Khary conducts a pre-event call with organizers to understand goals, challenges, and audience demographics.
Yes. Khary travels nationwide. International engagements are considered on a case-by-case basis. Travel and accommodation are typically covered by the host organization.
